Main Function:
- After completion of Company orientation and training, the BI/IC Consultant will be working as part of the client engagement and transformation team. The main focus of this role will be to work with our clients on improving their business performance which includes application adaptations, reports creation, support client with system usage and internal/external communication.
- Understanding the client’s requirements and provide solutions
- Developing customized reports and dashboards (basic FrontScript (SAS-like) and SQL)
- Implementing and configuring system to match client needs (basic JavaScript, VB, SQL)
- Documentation and archiving of all work for future reference
- Support client in their day-to-day work
- Provide regular updates to the team and client
Must have:
- Close to or recently graduated Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences or related software engineering background
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- MS Office
- Problem-solving thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills – exhibit professionalism at all times
- Knowledge in SQL
Should have:
- Strong organizational skills
- A team player capable to work independently
- A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges
- Good time management and ability to multi-task
- Interest in the functional part of the product
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of standard reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Knowledge of C# or another object-oriented language
- Knowledge about the Finance industry
- Previous work experience will be positively considered
